How it Works:
Every Thursday, we will charge you for the next week’s piece. The charge, just like our shipping, is very discreet. It will be listed as SHOP CURATED OR SWL Store. If you do not wish to be charged or receive the next week’s piece, please notify us by Wednesday at 6 PM Pacific Time. The WWC is an exclusive group with limited openings every week. By joining in, you have locked in your spot to receive your unique piece!
Please note: you can cancel any week after a month of subscription. This policy is in place in order to provide you with awesome pieces for LOW and AFFORDABLE prices.

WISHER BOX
How it Works:
Once you join the club, you will begin receiving a new box packed with goodies every single month. The FIRST box will ship to you within 3 days of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number through email and the box should arrive within 3-5 days from the day it is shipped. The following month, you will be charged on the 5th and that month's unique box will be shipped within 3 days of the charge.
NOTE: If you purchased your FIRST box on the 25th or later, you will not be charged for your second box until the 15th of the following month.
The charge, just like your shipping, is very discreet. It will be listed as either Shop Curated or SWL Store. If you do not wish to be charged for your upcoming box, please notify us within 5 days of your charge date.
Support :
We take great care to safely ensure every piece makes it safe to you. However, sometimes we are no match for the mailman. If your piece arrives broken or defective in ANY way, please email or call us right away. We will have a replacement for you on its way with the next shipment in your subscription!
Cancellations :
Deadline to cancel an upcoming box is on the 1st. EXAMPLE: Say it's April and you want to cancel the upcoming box (May). You would need to email us by May 1st to cancel the order as we charge you on the 5th of every month. PLEASE NOTE: Once orders are processed, we cannot provide a refund, but we would be happy to give you store credit.
Simple email us at support@theswlstore.com to cancel and we will get back to your right away!
Remember: The Weekly Wisher and Wisher Box Club is an exclusive group with very limited availability. Once you jump off, there may not be an opening to get back on at a later date.
