We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.
-We have a 3-day exchange/refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your unused item to request an exchange or refund.
-Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
-You must contact us within 30 days regarding any shipping issues with your order. After 30 days, you assume all responsibility of your package.
-To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been used are not eligible for an exchange or a refund.
Please send us an email: email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. '
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
