What are your shipping rates?

$3.99 - $5.99 for U.S.A. and $5.99 - $11.99 for Canadians, rates vary for international orders. FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100+.

How do you ship my order?

We ship 100% discreetly through USPS. The sender's name is listed as "SWL" and there are no markings at all indicating what is inside. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days and International orders 7-10 business days (depending on the customs in your country). Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a USPS Tracking Number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. 

I received my piece broken. What should I do?

We do everything we can to ensure you receive your piece in mint condition, but USPS can be really rough on precious packages. If your piece arrives broken, the first thing you should do is not worry at all! Please contact us via email to resolve this issue @ support@theswlstore.com 

My tracking says DELIVERED but I don't have it. What should I do? 

First step is to contact your local USPS. Sometimes, USPS marks packages delivered when it actually hasn't been delivered yet. It may get delivered in the next day or two. If you haven't received anything in 3 business days, please contact us via email @ support@theswlstore.com 

PLEASE NOTE: We don't work for USPS so we can't make packages arrive faster or dictate what USPS does (though sometimes we wish we could). 


If our shipping system shows an issue with your address, we will attempt to email and/or call you to resolve it in a timely manner. 

How do I return my item(s)?

Currently, we do not offer refunds on returns. We would be happy to exchange your item(s) for something of equal value. Please email us @ support@theswlstore.com 

Weekly Wisher FAQ

 How does Weekly Wisher work? 

For just $10/week, you will receive a brand new piece in the mail every single week. You only need to sign up once and we take care of the rest!

How do I cancel? 

You can cancel anytime after a month (4 weeks). This helps us keep prices low for the awesome pieces we send out every week. Simply send us an email at support@theswlstore.com and we will take care of the cancellation for you.

Are there other payment options?

Yes, we have an every OTHER week option for $14/bi-weekly! We also offer a prepaid option where you can save 10% on pre-paid options for 1, 2, 3 and even 12 months! This automatically renews once your pre-pay is complete.

How do I change my shipping address and/or credit card information? 

Login or make an account HERE. Please Note: If you are making a new account, use the same email address that you entered during checkout. 

Once you login, find the option that says "manage subscriptions."

Can I use a coupon code?

Promo codes cannot be used for Weekly Wisher. You are getting the best price we can possibly offer. However, you will receive Wisher Reward Points EVERY Week! :) 

Will you ever send the same piece twice? 

Nope! You will NEVER get the same piece twice. It will always be a truly unique piece every single week.

How do your giveaways work?

Our giveaways are simple. All current giveaways are posted on the top of our Facebook page. Simply commenting on that video enters you in to win. Winners are posted on the page once the giveaway ends. Hint: Like our Facebook page to be notified of giveaways and winner announcement. 

I was chosen as a winner. How do I claim my prize? 

Message us your address! Don't panic if we don't reply right away. As long as we got your address down, you're good to go.
